These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at https://gosentripetal.com (“Site”) and any services provided by Sentripetal (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our Site or subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.


1. Overview of Service

Sentripetal offers ongoing brand and design services on a subscription basis. Services are delivered on a one-task-at-a-time model, typically tracked and managed via project management tools like Trello, and supported through email and/or scheduled calls.

The scope of service includes, but is not limited to:

  • Brand design and identity assets

  • Web and marketing graphics

  • Presentation and report design

  • Social media and campaign collateral

  • Strategic brand and content support

Custom or out-of-scope work (e.g. video editing, custom development, or copywriting-heavy projects) may require additional scoping and approval.


2. Subscriptions & Billing

Sentripetal operates on a monthly subscription model.

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance and auto-renew each month unless canceled.

  • Payments are securely processed via Stripe.

  • You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time prior to your next billing date.

  • Work will pause if payment fails or if your account becomes inactive.

Refunds are not typically provided, but we’re happy to address concerns on a case-by-case basis.


3. Project Workflow & Turnaround

Design tasks are submitted one at a time using our designated project management system (e.g. Trello). You’ll receive progress updates, opportunities for review, and final deliverables through that system or a dedicated Google Drive folder.

Turnaround times vary by task complexity and client responsiveness, but we aim for steady, predictable progress.

You may submit unlimited tasks, but we work on one active task at a time unless otherwise agreed.


4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth collaboration, we ask that you:

  • Provide clear direction and feedback

  • Supply necessary brand materials or assets

  • Approve or revise work in a timely manner

  • Use our tools and communication methods as outlined during onboarding

We’re here to be your creative partner — and the best results come from an engaged, collaborative process.


5. Ownership & Licensing

Upon final payment, you own full rights to all original design work created specifically for your brand. We reserve the right to display non-confidential work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing channels unless otherwise requested.

You are responsible for securing any third-party rights (e.g., fonts, photography, trademarks) used within your projects.


6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our services, including but not limited to:

  • Requesting illegal, discriminatory, or harmful content

  • Sharing your account with unauthorized users

  • Using completed designs in ways that infringe on third-party rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for violations of this policy.


7. Confidentiality

We treat all client information and projects with strict confidentiality. We won’t share or reuse your proprietary materials, strategies, or designs outside your projects.


8. Disclaimers

Sentripetal provides services “as is” without guarantees or warranties, express or implied. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or business results.

We are not liable for delays or performance issues caused by client inaction, third-party tools, or events beyond our control.


9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We reserve the right to terminate service if you breach these Terms, misuse our services, or engage in inappropriate behavior.

Upon termination, all completed deliverables remain yours, but access to active task progress and systems may end immediately.


10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or our website. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
